The Role 

• Carry out regional claims review meetings/branch visits

• Attend to inquires of walk-in customers

• Check liability of claims.

• Process the claim payments as per the given SLA's & all exceptions are brought to the notice of the Management

• Coordinate the claims with Head Office

• Assist the Management to develop processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

The Profile 

• Should have successfully completed G.C.E. (A/L) exam.

• Minimum of three (3-4) years' experience in motor claims processing.

• High degree of computer literacy and MIS competencies.

• Effective communication skills both in Sinhala & English and ability to communicate in Tamil would be an added advantage.

(2) Found A brown colour, men's wallet with money and two credit cards in it was found yesterday (10th June) around 4.30 p.m. near the Children’s Park on Park Street, Colombo 05.

The owner can contact the security office of the Children’s Park to claim the wallet.
